What is the difference between Home and Business service?
We always aim to the same result - solve your problem as soon as possible. Business services sometimes cost a little bit more but the response times are as fast as the same day. Home users get just as good service but are they usually the next day response.
What are your charges?
We charge on hourly basis - first hour is charged in full providing we can solve your problem, any time after that is charged per 30 minutes. If we cannot solve your IT problem, all you pay is a small £10 callout fee which covers our fuel or other expenses.
What areas do you cover?
Using our secure remote support technology, we can help customers from all over the world providing they've got internet access.
For on-site or at-home support we currently cover areas in Greater London, North of river Thames.
How does your remote support tool work?
With your permission and only you can let us do that we will connect to your desktop and analyze the problem which you describe to us. Based on our finding we will quote you a fixed price which then needs to be paid using the PayPal payment service so that we can carry out the repair. Once the support session has finished we have no way of connecting to your computer unless you authorize us again.
What is a support contract?
It is an agreement between somebody and us that we will carry our certain repairs or support calls without any extra charge in exchange for a annual fee paid as one off payment or spread over the year by monthly payments. Some contracts also contain a response time and our on-site contract all come with 8 hours response time as standard
What is a pay as you go service?
It is the service which does not limit anybody - a customer calls us when they need us and we solve the problem for a charge which we agree there and then.
Are you really offering a next day and same day service?
Wherever possible, yes we are. 95% of our call outs are attended the latest on the next working day.
